15-Point Annual Tune-Up

Included in both service plans is a free 15-point precision tune-up. During this annual assessment, our NATE-certified technicians use special testing equipment to ensure your system is operating at maximum efficiency. The tune-up is comprised of cleaning the oil pump strainer, checking the blower operation, testing and/or tightening all electrical wiring connections and more. Our technicians will also take the time to discuss your equipment’s condition and suggest any necessary repairs to keep the system running smoothly and efficiently.
